Wally tends to be a lot of bark and not as much bite. He’s opinionated, stubborn, but deadly loyal and a good hero. I do not hate the Surfacer. I simply prefer if he were to close his mouth until he learns respect.

That’s a problem with Wally - the closing his mouth bit. He’s a speedster, he uses his words. Maybe not in the best of ways, but he still does.

I would hardly call what he does with his mouth as using words. More like crafting lies wrought in sarcasm. Regardless, I believe I have grated him in a wrong manner. He seems quite flustered.
